I love this group of photos. I did not like the first one in September. It was a necessary photo of our family at a beach wedding. I felt big, bloated and not myself. Over the past three months, I have whittled my way down 29 pounds. I feel fantastic. (By the way, the pumpkin represents the 16 pounds I lost after the 24 Day Challenge.) Still a ways to go, but I am on the path that works for me and I am delighted for this new year. Here’s to a new picture at the beach in 2013!

Thanks! I agree. Makes it more real since the pounds and inches come off from all over. My feet and knees certainly feel the difference.
